Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT, (where applicable) at the current rates.
Payment
You may pay by Paypal, a cheque drawn on a UK bank account or Postal Orders. Please do not send money (notes or coin) in the post. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to A J Lindley.
Non-Payment
A payment reminder will be sent for unpaid items 5 days from date of sale. An unpaid item dispute will be opened 7 days from date of sale. It will not be possible to accept payment for items once an unpaid item dispute has been closed.

Delivery
Delivery charges are specified to UK only.
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are made by Royal Mail. All P&P prices quoted refer to the 1st Class Standard service.

Cancellations
We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights
Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the item to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Transit Damage
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible
