Osmo Mobile 3: Equipped with 3-axis stabilization, the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 turns your Apple iOS or Android OS smartphone into a camera that can deliver a stabilized and super-smooth image. The Osmo Mobile 3 offers a lightweight and ergonomic design that puts seamlessly smooth video creation at your fingertips. The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 offers manual control from its hand-grip and intelligent modes via the DJI Mimo app (available for Apple iOS and Android). It also features a foldable design making it easy to transport and store.

3-Axis Gimbal: With a 3-axis gimbal that effectively reduces shaky footage, the Osmo Mobile 3 delivers a super-smooth, stabilized image. A lightweight, ultra-responsive design reacts to your movements in real time, letting you focus more on the moment at hand. The gimbal converts the Osmo Mobile 3's joystick movements into smooth pan and tilt transitions, while reducing the impact of natural vibrations.

Smartphone Compatibility: The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 supports smartphones that are 2.5" to 3.5" wide, up to 0.375" thick, and weigh up to 7.05 oz. This range covers most Apple iOS and Android OS smartphones currently available. Please note that actual compatibility might be affected by accessories (such as a case) attached to your phone. Certain form factors, including buttons on the side, should also be considered. Your compatible smartphone can be positioned vertically (portrait) or horizontally (landscape).

Bluetooth LE 5.0: The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 utilizes Bluetooth LE 5.0 to communicate with your smartphone and works best with smartphones that support Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0. The Osmo Mobile 3 connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth LE with a few easy taps in the DJI Mimo app. Once your smartphone is connected to the Osmo Mobile 3, it will automatically connect again the next time you use the same phone.

Single-Handed Ergonomic Control: Convenient buttons and intuitive functions make the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 easy to use with just one hand, providing more versatility and freedom of movement. You can enable most operations with a single hand thanks to the joystick, intuitive button combinations, and access to the Quick Menu. Thanks to its intelligent design, Osmo Mobile 3 can be held for long periods of time. A comfortable 15-degree angled grip fits perfectly in your palm, enabling you to create without limitations.

• M-Button: The multi-function button is used to power on and off the Osmo Mobile 3, as well as switch between Portrait and Landscape mode.
• Joystick: Vertical movement of the joystick tilts the camera, while horizontal movement of the joystick pans the camera.
• Shutter Button: Press the Shutter button once to take a photo or start or stop video recording. Press and hold the Shutter button to enable burst shooting in photo mode.
• Trigger: This multi-function buttons locks the gimbal, so it will not follow the handle movements. The Trigger button also enables/disables ActiveTrack 3.0 and Sports mode, re-centers the gimbal, and switches between the front and back cameras of your smartphone device.
• Zoom Slider (Dolly Zoom): Thanks to a zoom slider that allows customizable speed, you can now recreate the famous "Hitchcock effect" with your mobile device.

Operation Modes: The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 can be configured for a variety of operating modes to suit your shooting application.

• Upright Mode: The Osmo Mobile 3 is positioned vertically (portrait) or horizontally (landscape). In this mode, quickly press the M-button twice to center your smartphone device.
• Underslung: Holding the Osmo Mobile 3 upside down will cause it to enter Underslung mode, in which your smartphone can easily capture images from a lower position.
• Side Grip: Rotate the Osmo Mobile 3 to the right or left by 90 degrees to go from Upright mode to Side Grip mode.

DJI Mimo App: DJI Mimo app (for Apple iOS 10.0+ and Android OS 5.0+) offers intuitive recording and editing tools to enhance your photos and videos. With tools like HD live view during recording and intelligent recording/editing modes, the DJI Mimo app is an all-in-one solution that lets you capture, edit, and share the best of your moments right from your compatible mobile device. Advanced functions of the DJI Mimo app include Story mode, Hyperlapse, Timelapse, ActiveTrack 3.0, and Pano. When recording, video resolution is set at 720p in the DJI Mimo by default. You can change the video resolution in the app. However, the maximum video resolution depends on your smartphone's camera.

ActiveTrack 3.0: To capture scenes that require fast movement, simply press the trigger, make a gesture, or select a subject on your smartphone to start tracking. ActiveTrack 3.0 incorporates deep learning and computer vision algorithms, resulting in smooth and reliable tracking technology. ActiveTrack 3.0 has been optimized for tracking human subjects with head, shoulder, and face detection.

Creative Shooting Modes: The Osmo Mobile 3 provides a variety of creative shooting modes to choose from for capturing photos and video images.

• Bursts & Panoramas: Take a burst of photos at once to make sure you get the shot you want. Or, capture entire scenes with automatic 3x3 and 180-degree
• Hyperlapse w/ ActiveTrack 3.0: The powerful combination of electronic image stabilization (EIS) and gimbal stabilization is perfect for shooting Hyperlapse videos. Hyperlapse allows users to record everything passing by as you hold the gimbal and move. You can even enable Active Track 3.0 for a truly unique Hyperlapse creation that tracks your subject while recording.
• Timelapse & Motionlapse: The Timelapse shooting mode condenses time and movement. Timelapse is suitable for recording the passing of time at a fixed location by mounting the Osmo Mobile 3 on a tripod. Motionlapse allows your to record a moving timelapse video by setting camera points. You can set up to four camera points for Motionlapse.
• Slow Motion or Sport Mode: You are able to record every detail of movements you would otherwise miss in slow-motion (8x). Sport mode has been redesigned with fully optimized algorithms that let the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 easily capture fast-paced action. From the dynamic movements of a basketball game to your dog chasing a squirrel, you'll never miss a moment.
• Gestures & Selfies: A simple gesture is all it takes to snap a selfie or begin recording. Both the front and rear camera can recognize Gesture Control, which makes shooting your solo travels and group shots much easier and faster.

Edit & Share: After customizing your video with a variety of music templates, transition effects, and filters; you can share your work easily on social media and video platforms.

• Story Mode: Story mode provides multiple templates that transform your footage in seconds by automatically adding movement, music, and other effects for a polished result.
• Glamour Effects: Add "glamour effects" to your photos and videos. The highest video resolution possible for your smartphone's camera with Glamour Effects is 720p.

Rechargeable Battery: The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 is equipped with a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery (2450mAh/7.2V) that lasts up to 15 hours (under ideal conditions with the gimbal fully balanced). The Osmo Mobile 3 will automatically power off if there is no operation for approximately 10 minutes. You can charge the Osmo Mobile 3 via its USB-C charging port and a 5V/2A (10W) USB power source (sold separately - see Accessories Tab). The recommended charging current is 2A. It takes 2.5 hours to fully charge the battery at 5V/2A, using a 10W charger.

USB Charging Port: The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 can be used to charge your smartphone device via its USB-A port rated at approximately 1A. The Osmo Mobile 3 is still fully operational when it is being used to charge your smartphone. When the device you wish to charge has been successfully connected to the Osmo Mobile 3, and the charging current is more than 300mA, the Osmo Mobile 3 will begin to charge it, and the battery indicators will blink. The Osmo Mobile 3 will automatically shut down when the device is disconnected or is fully charged.

Foldable Design: A sleek, foldable design allows the Osmo Mobile 3 to be taken almost anywhere. Weighing just 14.3 oz, it is portable, light, and incredibly convenient to toss in a backpack for your next adventure. Standby mode even allows you to use your smartphone when the gimbal is folded, enabling you to start shooting again quickly.

1/4"-20 Mounting Thread: The mounting hole on the bottom of the Osmo Mobile 3 is the standard 1/4"-20 UNC thread. It is compatible with many tripods and other third-party accessories (all sold separately).

Firmware Updates: Firmware updates are done via Bluetooth LED 5.0 through the DJI Mimo app (for Apple iOS and Android). When the firmware is updating, the status indicator will flash red and green. If the firmware update is successful, the indicator will turn solid green. If the firmware update fails, the indicator will flash red and green, and simultaneously, you will be notified in the DJI Mimo app.
