Marshall built their Tufton portable Bluetooth speaker for rough and tumble use. And with up to 20 hours of operation on a single charge of the built-in battery, you've got music that just keeps going. And don't worry about sound. The Tufton kicks out clear, powerful sound in a 360° radius. And it's water-resistant.
Bluetooth 5.0 streaming
The Tufton has Bluetooth 5.0 built in. That means you can simultaneously pair two devices, so you and a friend can take turns being the DJ without a break in the music. And Bluetooth 5.0 is backwards-compatible, so you can still stream wirelessly from older Bluetooth devices.
Big, full sound
The Tufton's 3-way speaker design delivers clean, balanced sound in a 360° radius. A front-firing tweeter, midrange driver, and woofer cover the full range of frequencies. An additional rear-firing midrange driver opens up the soundfield even further.
Independent Class D amplifiers for the tweeters, midrange drivers, and woofer deliver optimum performance. With 80 watts of total system power, the sound stays clear and detailed when you turn it up.
That Marshall look and feel
The Tufton has a vinyl cabinet covering that makes it water-resistant. Flush-mounted corner caps protect the vinyl against scuffs and tears. The metal mesh grille provides further protection for the speakers.
The top-mounted brushed-brass control panel has smooth-motion knobs for volume, bass, and treble. The stitched leather strap and vintage grille-mounted logo recall the look of legendary Marshall amps.

Classic Marshall Design: The Tufton features a classic Marshall design, with a vintage-looking front fret, solid metal grille, and the iconic script "Marshall" logo.
Rugged Portable Design: The Marshall Tufton features flush mounted corner caps and a water-resistant design, making it supremely rugged and durable. It has an IPX2 water-resistant rating, so its able to withstand a little water. The Tufton comes with a guitar-influenced vinyl hand-strap that enables easy and stylish travel.
Multi-Directional Sound: The Marshall Tufton powered Bluetooth speaker is engineered to produce a larger than life multi-directional sound that will immerse you in your music, indoors or out. The Tufton houses two dome tweeters, two midrange drivers (one rear-firing), and and one cone woofer that are powered by three Class D amplifiers (totaling 80 watts) for pronounced and articulate sound. A single 10 watt amplifier powers both tweeters, while a 15 watt x 2ch amplifier powers the two midrange drivers, and a 40 watt amplifier powers the woofer. The speaker also utilizes a rear-firing port for smoother, deeper bass response.
Bluetooth Audio Streaming: The Marshall Tufton features built-in Bluetooth (version 5.0) with support for wireless music streaming (A2DP). You are able to wirelessly stream stored music, music apps, and other audio content from your Bluetooth source device to the Marshall Tufton Bluetooth speaker. Playback control, search functions, and song/artist information will still need to be done from your Bluetooth source device. The speaker has a Bluetooth wireless range of approximately 30'.
Aux Input: In addition to wireless Bluetooth connectivity, the Tufton is fitted with a rear-panel stereo minijack (3.5mm) input for connecting practically any portable audio device with an analog output or headphone jack.
Top-Panel Controls: The Tufton's top-panel features analog control knobs for bass, treble and volume, allowing you to fine-tune to the exact sound you desire. The volume knob also doubles as an on/off knob. A Bluetooth pairing button is also located on the top-panel.
Power Requirements: The Marshall Tufton portable Bluetooth speaker is powered by a replaceable lithium-ion battery that can last up to 20 hours. It can also be powered via AC power thanks to its built-in power supply and detachable 6' AC power cord. The speaker's battery is charged when the unit is plugged into an AC outlet and turned On. The Tufton has quick charging capability so you can pick up and leave at a moment's notice; 20 minutes gets you 3 hours of portable playtime, while a fully charged battery can be reached in 2.5 hours. You can continue to listen to music while the speaker's battery is charging. You can track the speaker's battery life with the visual battery indicator located on the top-panel of the speaker.
