I have tried the Mallet-style putters before, but always had an issue with using a face-balanced putter. Now, in the last 12-18 months, we see the rise of toe-hang mallets. This seems to be a seed change to the golf landscape as more and more players at ALL Levels move to these more forgiving types of putter heads, regardless of the manufacturer. 

These are, for me, more natural and accurate than anything else that I have tried, including old friend (the #1W) that has been with me in some form for more than a decade. While the look is cool, it's the results that matter above all. The mallets are absolutely more forgiving than the blades for me. I get a true roll, and the feel/path on off-center hits is still more than "acceptable" in terms of results!! 

Ordered the Putter in a custom all-black configuration to reduce glare, and to create an incredibly cool looking full bag.
