I bought these because fireworks trigger my PTSD from a car accident and they work perfectly for that. I feel like they could maybe hold a charge a little longer? also, the left one is the main one, but the button to answer the phone is on the right one... seems a little off if you want to use just one...

Great way to keep the fireworks noise away!

I bought them 2 days ago, tested yesterday and at first sight, the right bud seem to have a signal problem because it stop sounding constantly. Then I downloaded the headphones app, update the firmware and select the option of better signal instead of better sound quality. And man, the change is tremendous! Great sound quality indeed and the noise cancelling feature it's outstanding. I travel yesterday and use them on the airplane and was really surprised. And for the bus or metro, just use the ambient noise filter.

Cons:
No control to swipe songs or increase or decrease volume, but it's not a big deal.

I've had these for about six months and have found a number of thing I really don't like 
1st the headphones don't fix into the charger tight and come lose in travel killing the battery. Can't tell you how many times I've charged these before leaving for the airport and upon take off putting them on to find there dead or close to it.
2nd when listening to with these a number of time one ear or the other will cut out for a second to two just enough to drive you crazy, and mine you my phone is only 2-3 feet away.
3rd the noise canceling it is ok I guess for such a small headphones but for the price I think they could of done better.

All in all I would not buy again, I could spend a little more and get better performance or buy a cheap brand and get the same performance as these.

Small and comfortable

I have never purchased a bluetooth device which would drop so frequently. Connectivity shall be the main concern when developing a "True Wireless" headphone, otherwise it would be pointless to claim it a decent product which couldn't serve its main purpose, i.e. being wirelessly connected. The lagging problem is also frustrating, and I am not seeing the same problem with Airpod, even Sony says the problem is "natural".

Overall, it is not a mature product, and it dishonored the Sony brand.

Disconnection ruined the whole experience

I returned these ear buds because they were not what I expected. They had a low battery span and a lot of static on the other end of the calls. I couldn't use one at a time had to use them both at the same time. I was always being told that I sounded far away and had to yell for the person I was on the phone to hear me.

It does not work, it does not charge the earphone, I saw to have to return it and the loss of time, the magic of the gift broke !!! ... I do not buy more at walmart online !!!  and to think that Sony was one of the first companies to talk about quality!!!

Very disappointed!!!

While the ideas and design of these buds are great the implementation is poor.  Constant connection drop outs on the right ear buds even with the latest 1.0.7 update on both phones and desktops.  It's very frustrating.   I don't think this product deserves a "Sony" badge.  Needs a redesign or a firmware update that can actually fix the issue.  

I feel Sony failed to live up to their name with this product.
