Extremely surprised by the quality and simplicity of the device. Clips are easily accessible on your mobile in just a few steps. At first I was concerned with additional costs, but nope, everything you need is in the box and there in the app once installed. Very satisfied after 2 weeks of using the device.

Once the camera was set up it worked OK, but the WiFi sensitivity is not good, The unit went off line several times and I had to start from scratch each time to restart it.

Great product but with some glitches.

Set up is straight forward except when it isn't. Took too many days until it stopped dropping the connection.  The leak detectors require constant reset and when connected they will disconnect the camera thus requiring reset. Hopefully the connected information is being sent to USAA

Camera is ok however i find the app cumbersome with minimal functionality.  I'm happy to discuss an interest to improve upon the current functionality if the manufacturer/app developers are interested in some improved features (customer input).  If interested in customer improvement/feedback (pls post whom i can respond to/contact).

Camera ok, App functionality is minimal

Most issues are with the app and its horrendous reliability. If the app loads, which itself is not a given, then sometimes pages within the app don't load. And even when they do, sometimes you'll get a motion alert and go to view the video and no video will be available. And you'll check back later... and still no video. My internet speed far exceeds the requirements for this to work and this issue has lasted through three or four moves and two or three service providers. It is 100% the app and product.

Good product but software is WAY too intrusive. I don't consider my privacy and my security as a one or the other

Way too intrusive

Just ok in low light situations. Motion sensor is set to the lowest level and yet it seems to send an alert when a gnat flies by it. Also can't connect it to my Honeywell Lyric security system so now I have two applications I have to use for security and cameras. It's a nice looking camera and the picture quality is not bad. It stays connected to the wi-fi, although if you don't follow the instructions to a tee, you'll be resetting it during set-up. So read carefully. Overall, a very average to below average purchase.

Has Some Real Drawbacks

Sound does not work.  Night vision does not work.  Bad system full of issues.  Camera itself gets very hot.

Not worth the money

Camera is great!  I have 3 of them.  When I changed my router, we couldn't get the 3rd camera back online... It has been almost a month.  After waiting on the phone over 1 hour, I got thru to a representative.  2 hours later, they told me they would escalate it up.  2 weeks later I called back.  Another 2 hour phone wait.  The rep told me I should be getting a call anytime.  When he tried to transfer me to a higher rep, I was put back on hold.  They are wearing me down.  I love the product, but don't count on anyone to help you!  So I paid for 3 and have 2 that work...

Got the C2 security camera to monitor the house before leaving on vacation. Set it up the day before and worked ok. When we got to our destination, I turned on the app and couldn't connect with the camera. So I'm away from home for a week wondering if the camera isn't working or somebody broke in and disabled it. Got home and was relived that nothing happened but now the camera will not pair with my phone and it hasn't worked since.
