A great game for individuals of all ages.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is going to be a review for Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham for the WII U. This game is the perfect mixture of action and puzzle. Unlike earlier Lego games the puzzles are challenging enough to be fun, but not simple enough that they would frustrate an adult. This video game not only has 15 levels, there is a bonus level which is a tribute to the 1966 television series. The design of the levels are fun, and really plays a tribute to the rich comic history of Detective Comics. This being the third Lego game in the series, the character selection doesn’t feel repetitive or stale. Pros: -Outside of story mode, there is an entire world to explore including the bonus 1966 television series level, The Batcave, The Hall of Justice, The Legion of Doom headquarters, and The Watchtower. -It is easier to explore levels with the ability to switch character costumes with the push of a button. -Each level has enough new activities that this title doesn’t become boring and repetitive. - When playing on the Wii U in two player mode player one can play while viewing the touch-pad screen, while player 2 can play while viewing the television. No longer have to play in 2 player mode with a split screen. Con: - This game has too many glitches. During the 15- Level story I experienced about 4 glitches, all which caused me to have to replay the level and loss the level progress.

Another great lego game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Admittedly not too far into the game but am enjoying it a great deal already. It plays as you would expect a lego game to play, but I think the formula has been refined and almost perfected by now. As usual, a ton of character choices, and overall the game does the characters justice, with tongue firmly in cheek. Only docking this game 1 star because of the lack of DLC. Warner Bros. may put some of it out for the Wii U, may not, I guess time will tell.

Pinnacle of Lego Batman!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We've owned a ton of Lego games, and I'd say that the original Lego Star Wars for Wii is one of my favorites. I love playing Lego games with my son in 2-player co-op mode. I also like the Lego Batman series, which seems to be a regular test-bed for new gameplay ideas in the Lego franchise. This is a fun game and follows the usual Lego formula with a few new twists. However, we found ourselves getting stuck more than usual on some of the puzzles. I think that was mostly due to unfamiliarity with the underlying narrative story. Still, if you like Lego games, you'll probably enjoy this one. I should add that the Wii U version is a bit of a letdown. The graphics are rough at times, there are plenty of odd glitches (characters can get stuck between a wall and some other object), and the game suffers from significant frame rate drops in 2-player mode. The dips can make it nearly unplayable. Clearly a LAZY effort as most of my Wii U games have outstanding graphics and run smoothly at 60 frames per second. Add in the fact that Wii U owners didn't get the DLC that other consoles received and you realize that Lego/Tt Games didn't care much about the Wii U version of this game.

A lot of content in initial game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only downside of this version of the game is that there is no promised DLC compared to the PS3, 360, PS4, and Xbox One versions. It plays exactly the same as the others, though less action on the screen. Game content is great because it has so many DC characters you might know or might not even know existed. Recommend this to anyone who loves DC or Lego games.

Another Great LEGO game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LEGO Batman series continues to build, and the third entry adds a lot. Many celebrity cameos like Adam West, Conan O'Brien, and Kevin Smith were a pleasant surprise. My only issue with the game is the Wii U version, which I purchased, does not and apparently won't have the additional dlc levels that other platforms received.

I love all Lego games
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a lover of Lego games, including for the Wii, I enjoy this one. My daughter (she's 4 yrs old) likes to watch me play the game - so it makes it a great bonding time thing for us. I gave it 4 starts because I have a firm belief that all games can be improved (I have yet to play a "perfect" game that needed no improvements).

Awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this game on clearance from the local Best Buy, and couldn't be happier with the purchase. This is one of the better Lego games I've played, and I own most of them. I think the last level in this particular title is worth playing through this game, especially for the most die hard Batman fans.

Fun and on sale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this game for my 6 year old. The Lego games in general are great for younger audiences. It's easy enough for him to play and figure out most of the puzzles. We still help him read most of it, but I recommend for any age 6 and up.
