Vivid screen, thinner, focused
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are considering an apple watch you should strongly consider this. If your reason for getting an apple watch (or any smart watch) is really to track fitness, then get one of these. I did, fr the following reasons: 1. Lighter and thinner. I don't know about you but a lot of the full blown smart watches are super think and seem not ready for prime time. It's not a watch, it's a brick on your wrist. 2. Focus - this just does fitness stuff - although you can actually install other apps (I installed the Hue lighting control and now I'm Dick tracy). 3. Existing ecosystem - Fitbit has been around for a long time, and your friends and family might already be a part of it. I was invited to a "Workweek hustle" by a client and because of that I was motivated to get my steps in. Battery - Battery life is supposed to be like 3-4 days, but mine gets about 2 days. That doesn't matter because it can literally charge fully while I'm in the shower, it charges super-fast. Faces - I know they can all pretty much do this, but fitbit has a LOT of faces. I chose one I could read without the use of a microscope. And it was free. It's also comfortable to wear.

It's a really nice, basic version of the Versa
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a clock face developer, so I have all three Fitbit smart watches -- the Ionic, the Versa, and now the Versa Lite. The performance is just as good in the Versa Lite as it is with the Versa. The Versa has three buttons (one on the left, two on the right) while the Versa Lite only has the one on the left so It's not really meant to run complex apps -- just exercise functionality. There are more differences, but instead of wasting your time here, you can click this to see them: https://www.tomsguide.com/us/fitbit-versa-lite-vs-fitbit-versa,review-6247.html The biggest pet peeve I have is the fact that as of now, Fitbit really only lets you have one device paired with your phone, and therefore on your account. If you want to switch between devices, you need to essentially re-activate each one, each time you want to switch. Once you get the hang of how to do it, it probably takes less than 5 minutes (really about 2 if nothing goes wrong, and you have an easy WiFi password to enter) but in this day and age, it seems like a silly thing to have to jump through two minutes of hoops just to swap your watch. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would for that reason alone, but if it's your only smart watch, it's a great option for a basic level of fitness tracking.

Great for the Price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my wife one of these and in the process of setting hers up I decided I needed my own. I will say I am an apple guy. Multiple iPads & iPhones but the cost of the Apple Watch seems a bit much. I figured I'd start with this and I couldn't be happier. I admit I'll probably step up to the Apple Watch in the future but as a first capable smart watch this can't be beat. The texts, and info to the watch from my iPhone is great. Despite not being an apple product it pairs well.

Versa Lite - Great first smartwatch/fitness band
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this. I have been thinking about getting one for some time, but have been carrying my phone in my pocket for step counts and occasionally check the other "vital signs". This device brings so much more to the table and is an incredible measure for wellness efforts. I have pushing myself to walk further and tracking my progress as well as entering contests in groups for step counts. If you are thinking of getting one, go ahead it will not disappoint. For the money, this is a great product. Get some extra bands and it can match up with anything you wear!

Great as an apple watch.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super for the price, if you don't need too many feature like NFC payments, talking from the watch Versa lite is a great option, it's beautiful, fast , sync process is incredible, you can see it incoming calls, messages, you can download many practical apps to it, heart sensor is very efficient.

Great purchase, no regrets.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always liked Fitbit products, but my Fitbit Versa Lite is by far my favorite buy. I love the slim, weightless feel of the band and the size of the screen. The one thing that I had hoped for with this new device was that it would have a "find me" feature since I'm always losing things. Over all, it is very functional and its sleek design makes it wearable all the time.

Totally worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Offers exactly what I need. Appreciate seeing notifications while at work and sends customized messages. Battery life last long. The band offers a nice lock-in place so it won't slide.

Q: QuestionDoes a charger come with the Fitbit versa lite? It doesn't list it in the items included.
Asked by Jeannie.
- A:Answer It definitely does comes with a charger. I just got mine last Monday, and I was very confused about the charger situation too. It *seems* obvious that it would, but one never knows. The charger is really awesome, too, I might add. It has a wrap-around storage design so it's not a giant mess when not in use.

Q: QuestionDoes this product count swimming laps?
Asked by Mentru.
- A:Answer It does not. That is one of the only few differences between the original Versa and the Lite edition (the only other differences that I am aware of is that you cannot listen to music on it, and it does not keep track of stair flights climbed).

Q: QuestionCan you receive text is that what notifications mean
Asked by Wendy.
- A:Answer You can set multiple types of notifications to be received through the FitBit app. I personally only receive notifications of texts or incoming calls, but you can be notified of emails and I believe also calendar items.
