Neat Steam Cleaner Multi-Purpose Heavy-Duty Steamer for Floors, Cars, Home Use and More

The steam, which lasts only about 5 minutes, which takes 10-15 mins., to heat up is the issue with this machine. This can be frustrating when doing a steam job. It is really wet, compared to other steamers. Money & time sucker! Continuous steam is best!

It does an excellent job for its size. I'm loving it, my tile floors look brand new, and I'm just getting started in cleaning everything I can with this steamer.

So far I love it!!! I saw the detail geek use a steamer for his cars and I was like well dang I need one! And got a super gross car given to me that was just...gross...my sis in law is a messy human!! Soooo this is fricken awesome! Barely any scrubbing needed I also used mr clean spray cleaner too for just the smell of clean un my car and sanitation but didn't need it!! This got it all! And easy set up and to understand. I didnt use any attachments just a towel and it was good! It got old pen ink off, sticky soda.. etc. I will post if something happens but so far so great lasted an hour with the full tank let heat up for 20min boom!!! Just a small sample of the awesomeness This car was sticky throughout!

This little cleaner met more than our expectations. It does a great job cleaning our kitchen counter tops and appliances. The long cord and hose made it easy to move about the area. We thought we had to call a professional cleaner to clean our kitchen tile grout. There are five people and two dogs in the household and much dirt and grease have embedded in the grout over the past 20+ years. The Neat made the job very easy. You have to take it slow though. I used the nylon brush attachment and made several slow passes over each side of the tile to loosen the dirt and then mopped it up with a rag. Since it took some time to clean each tile, I sat on a roller chair with the cleaning tool in one hand and a beverage in the other hand. That's the way to do housework!. Suggestion for Improvement: a gauge to display how much water is left.

I’ve tested this Neat steam cleaner for a few days now that i’m confined at home, I found so many uses for it. It’s the perfect tool for a good spring steam cleaning!

I expected like new results and for it to do the heavy work. Still have to use a rag to wipe off the water otherwise it leaves white streaks. Doesn't get rid of hard water spots on glass. It's great for some mold. Need to use ear protection while using it.

I bought this item 5 months ago after my niece let me try her steam cleaner (not a Dupray). Her machine had limited capabilities so I set out to find a machine with attachments that would allow me to do the walls & especially the ceiling. I could not find it in store and even purchased a machine thinking that what I wanted did not exist. I then found this machine and ordered it. I returned the other machine and waited for my Dupray to arrive. It met my expectations & more. The extension hose to do walls and floors was just what I was looking for and I was pleasantly surprised to find alot of other attachments. I have been using it since and it does not disappoint. I wanted to test it, so I vacuumed and mopped my floor and then used my Dupray. The cloth was almost black. I did not realize how much dust & dirt regular mops & even expensive vacuum cleaners leave behind. Very satisfied.

Worked well right out of the box, little learning curve. Used it to clean grout, small nylon brush worked great. Large mop cleaned wooden floors in high traffic areas, furniture cleaning attachment with shammy cleaned upholstered chair arms. watch excess water when restarting.

The stratification is unreal.
